1. Must be 10 years old and above
2. PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification (or a qualifying certification from another organisation).
3. Emergency First Response certification (or an equivalent qualifying certification from another organisation). You can check with our instructors if you are unsure.
The PADI Rescue Diver Course consists of 3 sections :
- Knowledge Development
- Confined Water
- Open Water
PADI program can be completed on your own convenient time using the PADI eLearning. Once you sign up, you will receive is an online program by email, where you are required to complete the knowledge review and watch the PADI video at your own convenience. Once completed, your instructor will do a quick review with you on the knowledge development. Anytime during the course, you can contact our instructor to discuss and ask questions which you encounter during the PADI eLearning.
The PADI Rescue Diver course prepares you to deal with dive emergencies, minor and major, using a variety of techniques. Through knowledge development and rescue exercises, you learn what to look for and how to respond.
During your confined water training, you put into practice your knowledge and skills which covers self-rescue, recognizing and managing stress in other divers, emergency management and equipment, rescuing panicked divers and rescuing unresponsive divers.
Your instructor will put you into practising all the skills practised during confined water. This is some serious fun, where you will put into simulated scenarios, while you head out to fine-tune your rescue skills.
