Return and Refund Policy

Can I get a refund for deposit for dive courses or travel?

All deposits paid upfront are non-refundable. As we have secured rooms or incurred expenses during your deposit confirmation, the deposit paid shall be used to pay these expenses, should you decide not to attend the dive course or travel. 

Can I get a refund for purchased equipment?

No refunds will be made for any equipment purchased. As buyer, you will need to ensure that the right selection of products, color and size is acceptable before making the final payment. 

Can I get a replacement under warranty?

In the event that you are satisfied with your purchase due to manufacturer defects, you need to  contact us by email at info@scuba-dobedo.comto notify us within (7) days of receiving your item(s).

a) Returns

Returns must be shipped back within 14 days from date of notification. Any returned item(s) must be in the original packaging by which it was shipped to the customer. Item(s) returned must be in the same condition as when they were sold otherwise this warranty shall not be valid. 

You must also include the copy of receipt or proof of purchase with the item(s).

If the equipment is faulty due to manufacturing defects, Scuba DoBeDo Divers will check the defect and submit for manufacturer claims. We will provide the replacement equipment based on manufacturer’s recommendation. However, if the item is due to wear and tear, or misuse of equipment not adhering to manufacturer’s guideline, replacement shall not be provided under warranty.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase due to manufacturer defects, we are here to help. Please contact us first by email at to request a Return Authorization Form within (7) days of receiving your item(s).

IMPORTANT: Items returned WITHOUT authorization will NOT be entertained.

a) Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return the item(s) from the date of the processed Return Authorization Form. Returned item(s) must be in the original packaging by which it was shipped to the customer. Item(s) returned are to be in the same condition as when they were sold and shipped or this guarantee is void. Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

b) Refunds

Upon receiving your item(s), we will notify you of the received and then inspect your returned item(s). We will notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection procedures.

If your return conditions are approved, we will initiate a refund within 3-5 working days.

IMPORTANT: In order for any monetary credit to be given, kindly note that the item(s) being returned CANNOT show any signs of being worn, used, engraved or altered in any way.

c) Shipping

You will however be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are NON refundable.

IMPORTANT: Should there be any costs of a returned shipping other than manufacturer defect reason, it will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty Policies

All warranties for any product purchased from will be ONLY applied if provided from the original manufacturer, otherwise stated. The warranty can therefore likely be found on the manufacturers’ website or in any other relevant document provided by the manufacturer, or other wise.

Additional warranty terms and conditions:

The item(s) under any warranty claim are to be sent at the customer expense. We will not take any responsibility for any charges incurred by the customer when the customer makes a warranty claim.
The customer, when claiming under warranty, has chosen to bear the burden of having to wait for the warranty to take effect, if it does take effect at all. We assume no responsibility for any delay or undesirable issue of time arising from any warranty claim that has been made.

We ship the purchase items to EVERYWHERE where transportation reaches and also offer some variety of courier services and options depending on the destination and time.

We are not responsible for any lost or damages of goods during shipping. However, you can purchase the shipping insurance coverage with a 2% of the total invoice charged when you checkout your bill(s).


We offer ZERO shipping fees with purchases of RM500/- and above for customers within Peninsular Malaysia ONLY.

Shipping fee will be deducted automatically when you checkout your bill payment with RM500/- and above.

** Free shipping is not valid for re-shipping of returned goods for equipment servicing, goods under warranty and claims, otherwise stated

Please note that above stated delivery time are estimated from courier services providers. Certain shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance and extra delivery days may require for remote areas.If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer.
